New Menu at Rubyos
New season means new menu, and we are thrilled to announce some exciting new inclusion to our Rubyos Menu.
From fresh seasonal produce to fusion cooking techniques, our newest menu will be available from Tuesday, 12th March. Think Tunisian spiced lamb backstrap, Lime & pineapple marinated scallops, and SO much more.
We'll also be offering an exclusive tasting menu highlighting our newest creations. Available from Tuesday 12th, until Saturday 23rd March, this six-course banquet is only $55pp and one not to miss.
Lime & pineapple marinated scallop (GF, DF) - lime & pineapple juice marinated, crushed minted green pea, sweet corn sauce, sweet red chili dressing.
Thai style chicken breast salad (GF, DF) - marinated, sliced, rice noodles, mixed cabbage, carrots, shallots, cucumber lemongrass & palm sugar dressing, roasted peanuts
Flash fried calamari fingers (GF, DF) - lightly battered calamari strips, roasted garlic aioli, chili infused sea salt, lemon wedge
Grain fed beef rump steak (GF, DF) seared, sliced, herb marinated, rosemary roasted potatoes, beef jus, caramelized onion
Tunisian spiced lamb backstrap medallions (GF) - seared medallions, olive, date & tomato tagine sauce, seasoned yoghurt
Coconut & passionfruit cheesecake - Ginger crust, passionfruit coulis, burned honey macadamia nut ice cream
