The new seasonal menu offers a selection of sensational grazing dishes, combining influences from all over the world, and all designed to share from the middle of the table – in the style of tapas or yum cha. Favourites include Peking Duck Pancakes, Sweet and Sour soft shell Crab with a pineapple and guava relish, Pan fried Haloumi with Watermelon and Mint Salsa, Meatballs of Wagyu Beef, sticky Pumpkin and Date pudding and Basil and Raspberry Creme Brulee, just to name a few.

Special diets are catered for, with an extensive selection of vegetarian and gluten free dishes.

Rubyos is also well known for its versatility as a function venue for Birthdays, Christening Parties and corporate Events, with the Private Room seating up to 45 guests. It also offers a stunning venue for Weddings up to 80 guests.
