The new seasonal menu offers a selection of sensational grazing dishes, combining influences from all over the world, and all designed to share from the middle of the table – in the style of tapas or yum cha. Favourites include Peking Duck Pancakes, Shredded Lobster and Prawn Remoulade with parmesan wafers, Chipotle soft shell Crab with black turtle bean, sweet corn and avocado salsa, Pan fried Haloumi with watermelon and mint, Macadamia crusted Lamb Rib Eye Medallions with sweet and sour squash and Lemon, Lime and Tequila Tart with Chilli Sugar, just to name a few. Special diets are catered for, with an extensive selection of vegetarian and gluten free dishes.

Rubyos is also well known for its versatility as a function venue for Birthdays, Christening Parties and corporate Events, with the Private Room seating up to 45 guests. It also offers a stunning venue for Weddings up to 80 guests.
