Treat your Valentine to a fabulous Degustation Dinner on Wednesday 14 February.

For this ‘once a year’ special event, our chefs have put together a romantic Grazing Degustation Menu featuring the foods of love, starting with a glass of bubbles on arrival, followed by degustation menu ranging from Starters right through to Dessert. 

Only $100.00 per person

Sydney rock oyster – kaffir lime, ginger, coriander dressing

Pacific oyster – white balsamic vinegar, red onion, basil

peking duck

rice flour pancakes, hoi sin sauce, traditional garnish

baked sweet potato, sliced peach, Spanish onion, grape fruit segments baby cos lettuce, goats cheese, toasted cashew nuts, pink grapefruit dressing

seared deep sea scallops

buck wheat noodle salad, orange oil drizzle

baked Tasmanian Salmon

thai green curry marinade, coconut rice, tamarind dressing

moroccan spiced pumpkin risotto cakes

Pacific oyster – lemon infused cream fraiche, pickled beetroot

baked pumpkin, heirloom cherry tomato, Spanish onion, mesclun lettuce, goats cheese, toasted peacan nuts, poppy seed dressing
