Treat your Valentine to a fabulous Degustation Dinner on Thursday 14 February 2019.

For this ‘once a year’ special event, our chefs have put together a romantic Grazing Degustation Menu featuring the foods of love, starting with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by degustation menu ranging from Starters right through to Dessert. 

Only $125 per person

Grazing Degustation Menu, featuring

Duet of oysters

Sydney rock oyster –  sake, lime juice, shallot, red chili  

Scallop in half shell – sesame, seaweed salad 

Turmeric poached chicken stack

avocado, diced chicken, spanish onion, chili, coriander, corn kernels, dragon fruit dressing, crisp seasoned katafi pastry

Valentines prawn salad

marinated prawns, glass noodles, cherry tomato, shredded cabbage, vietnamese basil & mint, diced pineapple, lemongrass palm sugar dressing 

Coconut poached barramundi fillet

black rice, quinoa cake, kaffir lime leaves infused coconut sauce   

Baked tasmanian salmon rosette

dilled cucumber spaghetti, gingered chardonnay beurre blanc

Roasted cauliflower & parmesan custard tartlet

caramelized onion and walnut pesto, micro herbs

Seared pork tenderloin

pancetta wrapped, apple & cranberry compote  

Thyme, honey marinated duck breast

pan fried, roasted crushed sweet potato, blood plum, pedro ximenez sherry jus

Lime sorbet with prosecco 

Desserts to share

red velvet mud cake heart, ruby chocolate sauce, frozen raspberry parfait, raspberry compote, mango delight- vanilla crème brulee whipped cream, mango salad, mango jelly, crunchy meringue pieces

Pacific oyster – white balsamic vinegar, red onion, basil
