glass of sparkling on arrival then indulge in a selection of our favourites

  • pulled pork waldorf

    slow cooked pork, baby cos lettuce, green apple, celery, dried cranberries, honey mustard mayo, chopped walnuts 

  • ginger poached smooth dory fillet

    oriental glass noodle slaw, cabbage, julienne     carrot, palm sugar, pineapple, kaffir lime leave dressing, fried shallot's   

  • roasted beetroot salad

    balsamic baked beetroot, cauliflower florets, mesclune lettuce, sliced pear, orange, vinaigrette, almond flakes 

  • flash fried calamari

    lemon myrtle and kibbled black pepper, wild rocket leaves, chili lime aioli    

  • panfried haloumi

    watermelon, coriander and mint salsa, chili oil drizzle 

  • cauliflower & parmesan custard tartlet 

    caramelized onion and walnut pesto, micro herbs

  • crushed chat potatoes

    potatoes, new york style, fresh herbs, seasoned salt

  • black angus beef rump strips

    seared, herb marinated, creamed potato mash, shiraz, red onion, swiss brown mushroom sauce, chipotle & garlic butter
