The new seasonal menu offers a selection of sensational grazing dishes, combining influences from all over the world, and all designed to share from the middle of the table – in the style of tapas or yum cha. Favourites include Peking Duck Pancakes, Creole soft shell Crab with a smoked paprika and sweet corn compote, Pan fried Haloumi with Watermelon and Mint Salsa, Meatballs of Wagyu Beef, dark Chocolate, Pistachio and Pear Cake and tangy Passionfruit Brulee, just to name a few. Special diets are catered for, with an extensive selection of vegetarian and gluten free dishes.

Rubyos is also well known for its versatility as a function venue for office Christmas parties, Birthdays, Christening Parties and corporate Events, with the Private Room seating up to 45 guests. It also offers a stunning venue for Weddings up to 80 guests.
